Come join us for a full body workout every Tuesday and Thursday.

These classes use a timer working out for 20-30 seconds with a 10 second break.

With the focus on form and movement, this class will help build strength with proper body positioning. Slower paced than the tabata classes with the main emphasis on weight training with more hands on coaching. A great way to start your day. Max 6 people

No long term commitment. You can sign up for one class or 20. It's totally up to you. Sign up is on a per class basis. Advanced sign up is mandatory. 

Class sign up closes 2 hours prior to the start of that class. Class cancelation also closes 2 hours prior to the start of that class. Cancelations 2 hours or less will be charged for the class

With the current COVID-19 crisis facing the world, the gym has started providing live online classes with video conferencing via Zoom. We have also restarted our in person classes as well as personal training schedules.


How this works:

-Simply sign up by clicking the blue at the bottom of the page.

-You will be directed to MINDBODY app where you can purchase passes and sign up for whichever class you would like, Live or Zoom online.

-Class sign up closes 2 hours prior to the start of that class. Class cancelation also closes 2 hours prior to start of that class. Cancelations 2 hours or less will be charged for the class

-For the Live classes, show up 5 minutes before class is due to start. You will be ushered in and put into your own zone with the equipment needed for that days workout.

-For the Zoom classes, the morning of your class you will receive an email with an invite to a Zoom meeting page (you will need to download the zoom software ahead of time at "zoom.us") and the WOD (workout of the day). This will explain what equipment is needed. If you don't have any weights at home then you can use whatever you have in your house. I'll give tips within the email.

-Zoom classes will then be open for you to join approximately 5 minutes before the class in scheduled to start so that you can get the camera angle set up, ask any questions, etc.
