With the focus on form and movement, this class will help build strength with proper body positioning. Slower paced than the bootcamp classes with the main emphasis on weight training with more hands on coaching. A great way to start your day. Max 6 people.

Come join us for a full body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style bootcamp every Tuesday and Thursday. This group fitness class is suitable for those with some level of fitness as it is a fast paced class. Be prepared to move. Max 8 people.
