With the focus on form and movement, this class will help build strength with proper body positioning. Slower paced than the bootcamp classes with the main emphasis on weight training with more hands on coaching. A great way to start your day. Max 6 people.

Come join us for a full body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style bootcamp every Tuesday and Thursday mornings. This group fitness class is suitable for all fitness levels as you can modify exercises to meet your fitness level. However, this is a fast paced class. Be prepared to move. Max 8 people.
