Don't like working out in a crowded gym? No problem. My personal training studio is used for my clients only during one on one instruction sessions. There is no waiting for equipment to be freed up. This personalized gym means you are in and out on your schedule. Come on by for a tour of the facilities. I would be happy to show you what is available for you.

Personal training consists of 2 or 3 training sessions a week.

-2x/week on Tuesday/Thursday

-3x/week on Monday/Wednesday/Friday

-min. 12 sessions to get started

-time slots at 9:00am, 10:15am, 1:00pm, 2:15pm or 3:30pm​​
